The Role
The Talent Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of teaching and non-teaching roles, partnering closely with leaders to ensure timely, compliant, and effective hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment services across the organisation
- Partner with school leaders and stakeholders to understand staffing requirements
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates for a variety of roles
- Coordinate interviews, reference checks and pre-employment processes
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with child safety and employment legislation
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and talent processes
