Job Summary-:


The Manager – Talent Management will be responsible for implementing, and managing talent strategies that attract, develop, engage, and retain high-performing employees across the insurance organization.


Key Responsibilities:


1) Talent Strategy

  • Implement the developed comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and growth plans.
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure the right skills and capabilities are available across sales and support functions.


2) Performance Management

  • Manage performance management frameworks, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes.
