Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop annual training plans, manage budgets, and align programs with hotel goals.
  • Content Creation: Design and implement training manuals, courses, and materials for new hires and experienced staff.
  • Delivery & Facilitation: Train specialists to teach employees, covering operational skills, brand standards, and soft skills.
  • Talent Development: Create growth paths, identify high-potential employees, and offer meritocratic advancement opportunities.
  • Culture Building: Foster a collaborative, respectful, and professional environment, emphasizing attitude and passion.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports for management on training effectiveness and employee development.
  • Departmental Support: Work across all departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B) to ensure high service quality. 
  • Luxury Focus: Training emphasizes refined luxury, exceptional guest experiences, and brand consistency (like Marriott's Luxury Collection).
  • People-First Approach: Strong emphasis on hiring for passion and potential.
  • Local & Global Standards: Balancing local Sardinian hospitality with international luxury standards.
