Position: TASK LEAD / High Risk Training Instructor
Type: Full-Time
Location: Camp Lejeune, NC
Travel: 10-15% (Travel to states including CA, FL, NC, SC, TN, VA, ME, and WA; may change per mission need)

Position Summary: The Task Lead manages all contract operations for the MARFORSOC PR/SERE Program at Camp Lejeune, ensuring delivery of high-quality SERE instruction and training in accordance with all programmatic, operational, and compliance standards. This leadership role oversees scheduling, resource management, performance assessments, and mission execution, serving as the primary interface with the Government COR and technical representatives. The Task Lead directly impacts the readiness and safety of US Marine SOF personnel.
