Duties and Responsibilities

• Tax Data Collection: Collect financial data for tax reporting (sales, purchases, payroll taxes).
• Return Preparation: Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly VAT returns, withholding tax reports, and other routine filings.
• Tax Payments: Calculate tax liabilities and prepare payments to tax authorities on schedule.
• Recordkeeping: Maintain organized tax files (invoices, remittance forms, certificates) to support filings and future audits.
• Assistance: Provide support during tax audits by preparing schedules and addressing auditor requests under direction.
