Job Description
Senior Tax Specialist/Tax Analyst position in Corteva Direct and Indirect tax process is the role to prepare & support various direct and indirect tax and direct tax compliance filings for India.
**job responsibilities include:**
Ø Prepare and to file various Taxation returns and payments with the tax and revenue department.
Ø The person should have broad understanding of Indirect Tax and Direct Tax Laws – GST and Income Tax Laws
Ø Understand and look after full cycle corporate income tax and GST compliances
Ø Preparation of monthly GST and corporate income tax provisions as per local GAAP and US GAAP
Ø Prepare monthly/quarterly estimate income tax payments/GST Payments
Ø Preparation and processing of tax journals and monthly reconciliation of tax accounts
Ø Assistance with Financial Statements tax provisions and tax notes
