JOB DESCRIPTION

1) Strengthen the tax compliance framework, coordinate advisors on tax filings and transfer pricing documentation, align reporting standards, and manage communication with tax authorities.

2) Handle data collection, validation, and analysis for CbCR, Pillar Two, and monthly tax assessments, including top‑up tax calculations.

3) Interpret tax policies, assess business impact, develop response plans, and lead compliant use of tax incentives.

4) Monitor tax burden drivers, manage tax assets, identify optimization opportunities, and implement transfer pricing policies.

5) Improve tax risk controls through regular checks, risk identification, and leading responses to external audits.

6) Optimize tax processes and support digitalization to enhance efficiency.

QUALIFICATION

1) Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, accounting, or taxation.

2) At least 4 years of experience in overseas tax roles or overseas tax experience from a Big Four firm.

3) Familiar with the tax regulations of Mexico, with hands-on experience in related tax practices.

4) Proficient in English, Spanish and Chinese as a working language.

5) Strong learning ability, communication and collaboration skills, problem‑solving capability, clear logical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
