**Job Description**



Oracle India Tax team is looking to hire a Tax Director to provide leadership and oversight for the India Direct Tax Audit Line of Business, reflecting the growing scale, complexity, and risk profile of corporate tax, transfer pricing, and international tax matters across Oracle India entities and relevant foreign entities. The role will own end-to-end strategy and execution for direct tax and transfer pricing assessments, including review and sign-off of responses to notices, senior-level representation before tax authorities, and leadership of the full dispute and appellate lifecycle through the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), the Dispute Resolution Panel (DRP), the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, and further litigation support up to the High Court and Supreme Court.
