Position Overview

The Director – Transfer Pricing will report to the Senior Director – Global Tax Planning & Strategy and will be a member of a worldwide finance team that strives to be best‑in‑class. We are seeking a highly‑motivated and experienced individual to lead Autodesk’s global transfer pricing function. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of transfer pricing, including strategy, planning, valuations, audit defense and global compliance.

A successful candidate will set the long‑term strategy for transfer pricing, guide cross‑border structuring initiatives, manage global risk and lead a team that executes both strategic and operational aspects of the transfer pricing function.
