The opportunity

The Learning Manager (LM) oversees the deployment, planning, and delivery of service line and sub-service line programming. Partner with business leaders to align learning programs with organizational goals and measure impact. They may be asked to be involved with cross-service-line learning and other key learning initiatives as they arise. This role promotes overall synergies with the firm’s learning strategies. The LM also contributes to a range of learning operations functions, including learning administration, vendor management, and budgeting.
