Position Purpose
Manage compliance with federal tax obligations according to the tax laws (income tax, VAT, excise tax) and the federal tax code focusing on the accuracy of the information and the compliance with deadlines. Manage the tax accounting tasks to deliver accurate information for financial reporting purposes. Monitor and review the responses to tax audits. Review the transfer pricing studies and manage the filing of the local file. Identify risks and planning opportunities. Assure the quality internal controls related to tax accounts. Responsible of the implementation of new tax compliance processes to ensure the appropriate implementation and documentation. Daily responsability solving internal clients’ requirements.
