- Role Accountabilities Tax Compliance: Manage the Canadian and US tax compliance process to ensure that the company has complied with tax laws in Canada, US, BVI, Barbados and other countries where there are no tax personnel and ensure that all necessary tax returns are filed on a timely basis and accurately.
- Ensure that all Canadian tax compliance filings have detailed reviews. Review or prepare return to provision analysis with a detailed summary of differences to ensure tax accounting for such differences is in accordance with IAS 12 requirements.
