Job Description

This position is exclusively & solely with Seva Enterprise LLP and is based at our Ajmer location. The role requires full-time physical presence at our Ajmer office and does not offer any work-from-home or remote options.


We are looking for a tax preparer to manage and facilitate the accurate preparation and filing of individual tax forms.

    ➤   Preparation  of US Tax returns Individual (1040),(1040 NR), Gift Tax return (709)

    ➤   Provide timely, high quality client services that meets or exceeds client expectations

    ➤   Opportunity to learn new Cloud Software and Addons

    ➤   Tax data input of incomes and schedules, K-1, W-2

    ➤   Work in preparation of ITIN application for the clients

    ➤   Can take calls and communicate with clients and IRS or state authorities

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

    ➤   Good Knowledge about Basic Concepts of taxation and accounting

    ➤   Working knowledge of tax and regulations in India (Will be preferred)

    ➤   Must have very good communication skills in English language, both verbal as well as written

    ➤   Tech savvy and maintain flexibility to work extra hours, as necessary, to meet client commitments

    ➤   Experience to go through financials statements

    ➤   Manage the day to day client deliverables and take necessary follow-ups
