Teacher Account Manager

Job Description
This is a role for a Teacher Account Manager for the One to One tuitions wing at vedantu which we call as our OTO vertical. The key tasks revolve around managing the One to One teacher operations for a given set of teachers assigned to you. You will also be the single point of contact for the assigned Teachers for any and every issue that they face & would be responsible for overall experience of not only the Teacher but also the experience, that the teacher creates for their students
Following is a detailed job description
1. Managing a group of Teachers
Onboarding the newly recruited teachers
Handling a bunch of the Freelance teachers
Managing the requirements of the teachers based on the business requirements & raising hiring requests where required from time to time
2. Handling Teacher session Operations
Creating their course plans & handling their schedules for assigning them sessions
Complete calendar management of the teacher
