Job Description
Responsibilities:

Prepare teaching materials and operate office equipment (printers, photocopiers, duplicators, OMR machines)

Support school programmes and activities

Handle front-desk enquiries and reception duties

Maintain records, compile reports, and perform general administrative tasks
Requirements:
-
GCE N Level or equivalent
-
Proficient in MS Office and office equipment
-
Good communication skills, proactive, and able to multi-task
-
Relevant experience preferred
Duration/ Working hours:
9 months contract (Mar 2026 to 30 Nov 2026)
Mon-Fri: 8am -6pm (1 hour lunch)
