Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Instruction: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, deliver lectures, facilitate discussions, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learners. 
Classroom Management: Establish and enforce rules, maintain a productive and respectful environment, and encourage student participation and discipline. 
Assessment & Reporting: Assign homework, grade work, create tests, evaluate student performance, and provide regular progress reports to parents and administrators. 
Student Support: Offer one-on-one help, provide guidance on academic and social issues, and identify students needing extra support. 
Collaboration: Work with other teachers, staff, and parents to ensure the best interests and comprehensive development of students. 
Professional Growth: Stay updated on teaching best practices, participate in training, and reflect on and improve teaching strategies. 
Essential Skills & Qualifications

In-depth subject matter knowledge.

A relevant Bachelor's degree and teaching certification are often required.
