Your responsibilities will include:
- Teach Kuno Method lessons in English in a fun and engaging way for a small class size of maximum 8 children, with an assistant teacher
- Assess children's performance against the lesson's learning objectives
- Provide lesson updates to parents in English (main) and Mandarin (supplementary)
A successful Kuno Method teacher is one who is:
- able to make lessons feel like play and lead children to learn through experiential learning and inquiry
- detailed and analytical, learns fast, likes brain teasers and puzzles
- an effective, confident communicator, excellent spoken English
- a people person, calm, patient, cheerful, a good sense of humour
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised university in any discipline
- Diploma from polytechnics in Singapore
- Candidates with a Diploma/Degree in Psychology / Early Childhood Education or teaching experience will be an added bonus
- No experience required as coaching will be provided
- Proven academic records in English, Math and Science
