Your responsibilities will include:

  • Teach Kuno Method lessons in English in a fun and engaging way for a small class size of maximum 8 children, with an assistant teacher
  • Assess children's performance against the lesson's learning objectives
  • Provide lesson updates to parents in English (main) and Mandarin (supplementary)

A successful Kuno Method teacher is one who is:

  • able to make lessons feel like play and lead children to learn through experiential learning and inquiry
  • detailed and analytical, learns fast, likes brain teasers and puzzles
  • an effective, confident communicator, excellent spoken English
  • a people person, calm, patient, cheerful, a good sense of humour

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognised university in any discipline
  • Diploma from polytechnics in Singapore
  • Candidates with a Diploma/Degree in Psychology / Early Childhood Education or teaching experience will be an added bonus
  • No experience required as coaching will be provided
  • Proven academic records in English, Math and Science
