About the Role:
Teacher Practice Mentor - Early Education and Care will play a pivotal role in mentoring teachers to deepen professional knowledge, strengthen pedagogy, and enhance educational outcomes across Gowrie NSW Early Education Centres. You will lead initiatives that grow teacher capability in line with the Australian Professional Teaching Standards, support educational leaders, and foster strong partnerships with tertiary institutions.
