Casa del Mar Montessori is seeking AMI-certified Montessori Guides (0–3, 3–6, or 6–12) to join our international school in Marbella, Spain, from September 2026.
We are an authentic Montessori school serving a multicultural community of international families and children in a distinctive Mediterranean context. Our school culture is rooted in respect for the child, partnership with families, and a shared commitment to Montessori principles within a globally minded community.
Essential requirements are the following:
- the candidate must hold the relevant AMI diploma for the age group applied for;
- must be English-trained and fluent in professional spoken and written English;
- must have a minimum of five years’ Montessori classroom experience;
- and must hold legal permission to live and work in Spain.
