A highly regarded Ofsted-rated Outstanding specialist school in Bletchley is seeking a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant to support learners with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs and extremely challenging behaviours.
The Role:
Full-time, long-term position with the potential to go permanent
Competitive daily rate of £90-100 per day
Supporting learners with SEMH and behavioural needs in and out of the classroom
Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons across the curriculum, including GCSE and Functional Skills
Building positive relationships with pupils, providing consistent structure, encouragement and guidance
