The Role: Mainstream Teaching Assistant
As a Mainstream TA, you will:
Support pupils in the classroom, in small groups, or 1:1
Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
Help pupils stay engaged, focused, and motivated
Provide behaviour support where needed
Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
