Teaching Assistant

Start Date: ASAP
Pay: Surrey pay scale S3 Pro rata £17,442
Hours: 30 hours per week Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 3.30pm and Friday 8.45am to 3pm
Contract: Permanent or Bank

Term time plus INSET days (39 weeks)

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our team as soon as possible.

Sunnydown School is an oversubscribed and very successful Special School, catering for young men with Autism with high communication and interaction needs. Our experienced team of teachers and TA's are highly versatile in their ability to deliver outstanding and transformational learning experiences in a range of subjects.

Job Requirements:

  • Working with a range of class teachers to help deliver excellent teaching and learning
  • Coaching students on a 1:1 or group basis
