Inclusion Teaching Assistant – Complex Needs (EHCPs)
Primary Inclusion Setting
Full-time | Starting 24th February
Class Mate is recruiting an experienced Inclusion Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a specialist inclusion setting, working mainly with Year 1–3 children with EHCPs and complex needs.
Many of the pupils are non-verbal, and several are preparing for transition into specialist provision.
The role:

Providing 1:1 and small group support within the inclusion unit
*
Supporting pupils with complex needs and EHCPs
*
Working with mainly non-verbal pupils, using alternative communication methods
*
Supporting routines, engagement, and emotional regulation
*
Working closely with the inclusion team and SENCO
The ideal candidate will:

Have experience supporting children with complex SEN and EHCPs
