As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and therapists to support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally. The ideal Teaching Assistant will be confident adapting activities, encouraging independence, and helping shape a calm and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and group support as a Teaching Assistant
Assist teachers with lesson preparation and behaviour support
Help pupils develop communication and learning skills
