Thrive Education is seeking enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of schools across Chippenham and the surrounding areas. If you have experience working with children and a passion for supporting their growth and development, we want to hear from you. Qualifications are desirable but not essential — what matters most is your dedication to helping young learners thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Support teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive, and effective lessons.
Work with individual children or small groups to provide targeted support.
Help maintain a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
Encourage and promote the social, emotional, and educational development of all children.
Provide 1:1 support to those most in need as they try to access an education.
