Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a welcoming school in Corby to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting pupils in the classroom and helping them reach their full potential.

The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups across the classroom

  • Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

  • Support children with a range of needs, including SEN and SEMH (depending on the setting)
