Job Description
We are seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated SEN team in Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed Teaching Assistant who wants to support children with learning disabilities (LD) and help them thrive both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
Work as a Teaching Assistant alongside the class teacher to provide tailored support
Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions as an SEN Teaching Assistant
Encourage independence, communication, and resilience in pupils
Support the class teacher in managing behaviour and classroom routines
Act as a reliable Teaching Assistant who pupils can trust and depend on
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally supporting SEN or LD
Knowledge of strategies to help children with learning disabilities
