An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong candidate to support teaching and learning at Oakfield Academy in Frome. This role is varied, and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual able to cope in a high-pressure environment and deal with constantly changing priorities.

This post is for 27 hours per week from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.25am - 4.00pm, term time only plus 2 x INSET days. The salary will start on MNSP Pay Grade 2, Point 4 with an incremental rise to Point 5 (£25,185 - £25,583 FTE gross per annum/£13.05 - £13.26 per hour). The actual salary for this post equates to £15,578 - £15,824 per annum/£1,298 - £1,318 per month (gross).
