Job Description
We are working with several secondary schools in Haringey who are looking for reliable and committed Teaching Assistants to support students across KS3 and KS4.
This is a hands-on role. On any given day, you might be supporting a pupil who struggles to regulate their behaviour in lessons, helping a small group stay on task, or providing quiet encouragement to a student who lacks confidence in class. It's not always easy, but it is genuinely rewarding if you enjoy building relationships and seeing progress over time.
The Role:
Supporting students in lessons, both one-to-one and in small groups
Working closely with pupils who need additional behaviour or emotional support
Helping teachers maintain a calm, focused classroom environment
Providing consistent support to students who benefit from routine and structure
