Job Description
A supportive secondary school in Haringey is seeking a reliable and motivated Teaching Assistant to support students across KS3 and KS4.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with students, helping them stay engaged, focused, and confident in lessons.
Pay: £90 - £105 per day
Contract: Full-time, term-time only | Long-term
Key responsibilities:
Providing in-class support across core subjects
Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
Helping maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Supporting behaviour and engagement strategiesThe successful candidate will:
Have experience working with young people in any setting
Be patient, consistent and enthusiastic
