Requirements

  • Diploma or above (Education/English-related fields preferred)
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, patient, and passionate about education
  • Teaching/tutoring experience is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized English learning support (speaking, grammar, learning plans)
  • Monitor student progress and give actionable feedback
  • Communicate with parents to share updates and recommendations
  • Manage a portfolio of students and ensure service quality
  • Support course renewal and referral efforts
