We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in Leeds. You’ll be supporting young people who need that little bit of extra guidance to thrive—whether that’s in 1:1 sessions, small groups, or lending a steady hand in class.

What you’ll be doing:



  • Working closely with pupils who have additional needs, giving them the consistency and encouragement they deserve


  • Supporting teachers with inclusive, engaging classroom practice


  • Adapting strategies to help each pupil feel confident and capable


  • Building strong relationships that boost trust and independence


  • Being that calm, positive presence students and staff can rely on
