New Directions Education is seeking dedicated and compassionate Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our pool of staff for Early Years, SEN settings. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about making a difference in the early development of children with special educational needs.

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting young children with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, Speech & Language difficulties, and Medical Needs. This role is ideal for those who are committed to providing tailored, nurturing support in an inclusive environment that promotes the early learning and development of children

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • A solid understanding of trauma-informed approaches and therapeutic behaviour support in an early years context.
