Job Description

Shall be responsible to provide the following administrative support to the faculty and students:
Benchmarking best programmes globally and developing various master level programmes under guidance of mentor faculty.
Coordinating with in-house, visiting faculty and other stakeholders for program delivery and assessment.
Coordinating development and delivery of various short-term programmes for working executives.
The person can also contribute to various soft skill development initiatives for students.
The person would be a bridge between faculty & students for the course, responsible for entire course related communication.
Course material discussion & development with faculty
Development of quizzes, assignments etc. with faculty
Evaluation of submissions (quizzes, assignments, projects, exams, etc.)
Helping students with course concepts and any doubt clarifications & managing faculty hours
Guiding students in course specific projects & capstone
Invigilating exams, quizzes.
Managing the LMS, upload attendance, pre-reads, post-reads, quizzes, etc.
Gathering, compressing & uploading the class recording everyday on LMS.
Maintain academic discipline in the classroom.
Closely observe the class performance and bring the feedback to program office from time to time.
Closing all aspects related to the course.
They will accompany the student cohort in field trips and industry visits.
Perform other additional responsibilities as requested from time to time.
An ideal candidate is someone who has a strong academic background and aspires to eventually pursue teaching or a doctoral programme.
Qualifications:
Master’s / post-graduate in relevant discipline. MBA - Finance, Master's in Finance,
Preferred Experience:
Experience with any of the given domains - Finance, Information System, Computational Finance or closely related field.
