About the Role

BrightHire Education are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Teaching Assistant to join our school team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support pupils' learning, development, and wellbeing, both in and out of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pupils individually and in small groups
  • Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities
  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
  • Support pupils with additional needs where required
  • Supervise pupils during activities, breaks, or outings
  • Assist with basic assessment and record-keeping
