Teaching Assistant – PRU:

Prospero Teaching are currently seeking an experienced teaching assistant to join a Pupil Referral Unit in the Longsight area. This school supports pupils aged 4-11 with SEMH. Team Teach training is essential for this position.


The Role:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 with challenging behaviour needs

  • Communicating with pupils, staff and external agencies to monitor progress

    • Position Details:

  • Location: Longsight

  • Position: TA PRU

  • Type of Work: Temporary

  • Minimum Rate of Pay: £95 per day, depending on experience

  • Start date: ASAP

  • End date: Ongoing

    • Experience, Training & Qualifications:

  • Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
