About the Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the class teacher and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing targeted one-to-one and small‑group support
- Assisting with lesson planning, delivery, and follow‑up tasks
- Helping maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Supporting pupils with diverse needs, including SEND and EAL
- Promoting positive behaviour and contributing to effective classroom management
- Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
