The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in and out of the classroom
Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and accessible lessons
Provide targeted support for students with SEND, SEMH needs, or EAL
Help manage behaviour and promote positive learning environments
Support small-group and 1:1 interventions as required
