The provision focuses on re-engagement, emotional regulation and positive behaviour, with small class sizes, clear routines and strong pastoral leadership. Staff describe the environment as challenging but incredibly rewarding, with genuine support from senior leadership. The school is accessible via public transport and offers parking for staff. In this role, you will be:
