Teaching Assistant - SEMH/SEN Support
Hours: 8:30am - 3:00pm, Mon-Fri
Location: Cramlington
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Teaching Assistant to support pupils with social, emotional, and learning needs in a SEMH/SEN setting. You’ll work closely with teachers to help pupils engage, regulate emotions, and achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Support learning and classroom engagement
Assist with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
Implement individual support plans and EHCP guidance
Build positive relationships with pupils and encourage independenceRequirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
