Milk Education is looking for a compassionate and reliable SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school supporting students aged 11–16 with Autism and associated behavioural and communication needs. The Roles & Responsibilities for this position
As a Classroom Assistant, you’ll help ensure every child has the best chance to reach their full potential. This includes:
Supporting children with learning and general wellbeing, helping them feel safe and confident
Using positive behaviour management techniques to support challenging behaviour where needed, tailored to individual children
