Key Responsibilities

  • Assist lead teacher in daily classroom operations.
  • Assist lead teacher in preparing lessons and class administrative duties (e.g., maintaining the communication booklet, attendance record keeping, etc.).
  • Monitor and supervise students.
  • Assist in carrying out special duties (e.g., inside/outside classroom, weekly & termly duties, community events, roadshows, etc.).
  • Maintain, adhere to and be up to date with Company policies, systems & processes, and SOPs.
  • Maintain and enhance the Company’s mission, vision and values.
  • Attend all staff training/ professional development.
