WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are seeking Teaching Assistants (TAs) who are passionate about guiding mid-career professionals through their journey of acquiring and applying digital skills. As a TA, you will play a crucial role in helping trainees transition into new careers by providing essential support throughout their learning process.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Trainers: Assist in hosting online training sessions via Zoom, manage breakout rooms, and facilitate interactive learning activities (polls, games, simulations) using various tools.
Trainee Assistance: Communicate session details before, during, and after lessons via chat, email, and other platforms. Address trainee questions and escalate complex content queries to trainers as needed.
