Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Secondary School)

Location: Spalding
Salary: £90 – £110 per day
Contract Type: Day to Day/Long-term/Full-time/Part-time

GSL Education is recruiting Secondary Teaching Assistants to support partner schools in Spalding. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.

You will support students both academically and pastorally, helping them remain engaged and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support pupils during lessons and activities
  • Provide additional help to students who need it
  • Assist with behaviour support strategies
  • Work collaboratively with school staff
