Then look no further! We are recruiting two teaching assistants (TA) and a learning support assistant (LSA) for an exciting secondary school in Swindon. The school is mainstream, but has some students with SEND and SEMH needs, so you will need to be highly adaptable.
Teaching Assistants TA: -These roles are very varied as you will be working across the school, so perfect for someone who is proactive and enjoys working with a range of people. In these roles, you will work to support a few pupils 1-1 during lessons, or sometimes will be called upon to be a general classroom assistant. You will need to be happy to get stuck in here, as one day you may be helping out with scientific experiments, and the next you could be supervising a messy art lesson!
