We are excited to be recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join our Year 4 team in a welcoming and supportive Warrington primary school. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Teaching Assistant who is eager to make a real difference in children's education.

About the Role:

As a Year 4 Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Work closely with the class teacher to support learning across all subjects

  • Provide 1:1 and small group interventions as a Teaching Assistant for children who require additional support

  • Assist with classroom organisation, behaviour management, and lesson preparation

  • Encourage independence, resilience, and positive attitudes to learning

  • Contribute as a valued Teaching Assistant to the wider school community
