SEN Teaching Assistant - Wellingborough

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming school in the Wellingborough area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an SEN TA who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them to thrive both academically and emotionally.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or learning difficulties)

  • Working 1:1 or in small groups to support learning and engagement

  • Assisting the class teacher with behaviour management and lesson delivery

  • Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

  • Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
