Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or learning difficulties

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support in and out of the classroom

  • Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management

  • Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support strategies

  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
