TEACHING FACULTY (Physics / Chemistry / Maths / Biology)
Role & Responsibilities
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in a structured, engaging, and concept-driven manner.
• Use visual/audio aids and smart teaching tools to enhance learning outcomes.
• Provide individual attention, encourage interactive learning, and support all levels of learners.
• Create and share academic resources: notes, worksheets, assignments, DPPs, test papers, and summaries.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate performance, and maintain accurate academic records/reports.
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions, extra classes, and exam-oriented revision as needed.
• Maintain a disciplined, positive, and student-friendly classroom environment.
• Coordinate with academic teams, attend meetings/training, and contribute to institutional goals.
• Follow institute policies, academic calendar, reporting systems, and professional standards.
Requirements & Skills
• Proven experience as a school/college/coaching faculty (preferred).
• Strong command over subject matter and exam-oriented teaching approach.
• Excellent communication, explanation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to motivate students and promote healthy academic discipline.
• Strong classroom management and student-handling ability.
• Organized, energetic, and committed to student progress and results.
