Teaching quality assistant

is looking for a Teaching Quality Assistant, who has the following experience:

• Teaching or teaching administration experience from 2 years
• Good critical thinkers and excellent communicators
• Has deep interest in teaching children or learning & teaching in general
• Confident English speakers (B2)
• Is good at managing Google Workspace and Communication Platforms such as Notion, Backoffice

What you will do

• :Evaluate lessons based on time standards and teaching competencie
• sSupport tutor hiring, onboarding, and training processe
• sWork directly with tutors, providing feedback, recommendations, and practical suppor
• tOrganize and run webinars, and prepare regular improvement report
• sCreate and update teaching and training material
• sShare key observations to support tutor performance and qualit
